First Time Home Buyer Cries on Film

I enjoyed my client. We wrote two offers on two different properties. The first house the listing agent was hard to work with. The agent wouldn't return phone calls or reply to repairs and a lot of things concerning the house. So we cancelled that contract. Our next house she ended up liking a lot more. We wrote the house up and it went a lot smoother this time around.



I'm excited to say she is now a home owner.
